Who processes your data

Information you provide
Our contact form collects your company name, contact person’s name, email address, message and telephone number if supplied. Our quotation form also collects route, cargo, quantity, dimensions, timing and special transport requirements. For certain shipments, you may attach documentation needed to assess the transport request.
Provide only information necessary for your enquiry. Do not send sensitive personal information or another person’s data without an appropriate basis. When you access the website, your IP address and request information are technically processed to operate, protect and diagnose the service.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, agree and organise services and communicate about business matters. Where processing concerns a contract with you or steps you request before entering a contract, the basis is performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps. Communication with company representatives and system security rely on legitimate interests, taking your rights into account. Legal obligations apply where legislation requires business records to be retained or disclosed.
The acknowledgement beside the form confirms that you have read the privacy information; it does not subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter. Optional external services require a separate choice in cookie settings.
Who may receive information
Access is available to authorised Partner Logistics personnel and authorised technical support where needed to maintain the system. We use Hetzner in Germany to host the application and Resend to send enquiry notifications. Notifications reach an authorised recipient through their email service. Partners involved in arranging transport receive information necessary for the particular service. Authorities may receive information where required by law.
If you enable the Google map, Google processes information under its own policies. External providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are subject to the relevant GDPR conditions and safeguards. You can request information about a particular recipient or transfer using our contact details.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, prepare a quotation and deliver the agreed service, or to meet applicable legal obligations and protect legal claims. Retention depends on the purpose and type of documentation; an enquiry that does not lead to business has a different retention purpose from records of a completed service. You can request information about the retention of your particular enquiry by email.
Website connections are protected by HTTPS. Administration requires authentication and appropriate permissions. We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the processing. Form information is not used for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw permission for optional services in Cookie settings; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send your request to transport@partnerlogistics.hr. To protect personal information, we may request information needed to confirm your identity. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency or the competent supervisory authority.
